FAQs
How do I redeem my code?
– The easiest way is to click the Vimeo link in the email from Mill Hill Media which will be sent to you once the video goes live (please remember to check spam just in case). This will take you to video page on Vimeo and pre-populate your redemption code at the checkout. Either login or create a free Vimeo Account and then complete your purchase.
– If you’d prefer to use the code on your printed receipt (if purchased in person), click on the relevant watch link below and then click the “Buy for £xx.00” button and either login or create a free Vimeo Account.
When it asks your to enter billing information, look below this and click on the blue link which says “Apply Promo Code”, and enter the code from your email or receipt here.
– Once the order has been completed, the video will be added to your account and you can then watch it via the Vimeo Website, or through the Vimeo app on Apple & Android devices and smart TVs.
PLEASE NOTE : You should NOT need to enter any debit / credit card information during the checkout stage on the Vimeo website. If you wish to purchase a copy of the video, please use the purchase links below.
When will my video be ready?
I will aim to have videos ready within 3 to 4 weeks of the concert date, however video editing is a very time consuming process and, as such, videos produced towards the end of the summer school period may be delayed by a number of weeks while earlier (and other non-Kent Music) projects are completed.
Videos will also be delayed due to child safe-guarding where pupils need to be blurred out and the video needs to be vetted by Kent Music.

Can I order a physical copy?
Yes you can order a DVD copy to be sent to your home which can be played on a DVD player / Games console / Laptop which supports DVD playback.
When you use the Buy Now / Pre-Order Link, use the “Select an Item” dropdown to select the Online Video + Physical DVD option. The cost of the DVD is an additional £8 which covers the cost of creating a bespoke DVD, printing, and packaging.
